Flow’s Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour yoga teacher training is a fun and challenging way to deepen your practice. Our 500-hour Experienced Yoga Teachers and guest experts teach you the theory, technical skills, and practical applications needed to confidently lead a variety of yoga styles. Flow’s curriculum goes beyond traditional YTT to teach you the business of yoga, from personal brand development to pricing, marketing, and community engagement, so you walk away with the ability to not just lead a class, but successfully pursue a career in yoga as a private instructor, studio teacher, or business owner.

Our one-weekend-a-month program accommodates busy professional and personal lives, and you’ll enjoy unlimited yoga in our studio during your training. Meet Your Teachers

  • Shannon has been practicing yoga since 2008 and received her 200RYT certification at Cleveland Yoga. She's earned her 500RYT and taught at multiple studios in the Cleveland-area before buying Flow in January 2024.

  • Alexa's journey towards becoming a yoga teacher began with a deep desire to transform her life through the practice of yoga. She started practicing yoga in 2015, and has since completed her 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings. In addition to her passion for yoga, she has delved deeply into the practice of Ayurveda; the ancient Indian science of health and healing. Ultimately, her goal is to help others find their own path to bliss and inner peace by sharing the insights and practices that have been so transformative for her.

  • Another professional educator teaching at Hathaway Brown, Marina has been part of the Flow tream since 2017. As a former dancer, Marina designs creative, fluid, and empowering flows. She evokes a calming confidence that puts clients at ease while encouraging them to find their edge.

  • Melanie fell in love with yoga in 2004 while searching for peace and well-being. After experiencing the healing effects of the practice, she decided she wanted to share this gift with others. She completed her RYT 200 and began spreading the joy of yoga. Melanie has since received her 500RYT and teaches at Harmony, Ubuntu Wellness, and conducts regular workshops and private sessions.

  • Erin is a professional educator (Dean of Students in Shaker City School District), and received her RYT 200 certification in 2017 from Cleveland Yoga. She has since immersed herself in the Cleveland yoga community, teaching 2-5 classes in a variety of styles every week. She received her 500 RYT earlier this year.

  • James first discovered yoga five years ago when looking to improve his own mobility, flexibility and strength. He completed his 200HR YTT at Citizen Yoga in 2020. As an instructor, James is an advocate for Yoga’s positive impact on mental and physical well-being, and he enjoys helping yogis in his class find what feels best in their bodies and learn how to bring yoga into their everyday lives.

  • With more than 25 years of experience, Christina received her RN, BSN from Kent State University and has recently obtained her Mastery Level of a Licensed Health and Certified Functional Movement Practitioner. Her Yoga Teacher Trainings and certifications are of the Baptiste and Jivasara methods. Starting with the structure, the function, and the keystone of the body, she leads students back to a state of balanced strength, stability, and the absence of pain.

  • As a Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse, Ashley is a wellness advocate who believes that general well-being can be enhanced by focusing on physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and spiritual health. With over 12 years of practice, Ashley seeks to guide students on the path of yoga to establish better health, deeper connection and improved strength of body, mind and soul. She has been a dedicated Ashtanga Practitioner since 2017 and travels annually to India to study under Paramaguru Sharath Jois.

  • Denys Morgan has been a wellness professional since 1986, and is guided by her lifelong dedication to the balance and harmony of mind, body, and spirit - the holistic self. Denys co-founded the Ananda Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training program in 2015, and has been training and mentoring aspiring yoga teachers ever since. One of her greatest joys is sharing the knowledge that she has been so blessed to receive. As a massage therapist, Denys has decades of experience with anatomical knowledge and regularly leads anatomy workshops.
