We offer a variety of classes and out-of-studio experiences for every skill and interest. Check them out below, and use our side-by-side comparison to find the best format and temp for you.

  • Fast-paced, spicy flows and creative sequencing build strength and keep you moving around your mat. Sure to raise your heart rate and work up a sweat. One breath per movement. Chaturanga-lovers welcome. (Basic knowledge of yoga poses recommended.)

We offer a compressed :45 Power Lunch for time-crunched Flowgis — same saucy flows in 25% less time. We also offer an 75-minute Extended Power on Saturday for those looking for a little more time on their mat. The warmups are warmer, the cooldowns are cooler, and the power moves groovier.

  • Measured, deliberate flows with poses held for multiple breaths promote focus and flexibility. Emphasis on presence and alignment increases awareness of proper form and builds confidence. Slow Flow is perfect for those newer to practice or seeking to slow down and refresh their fundamentals. Slow Burn is best for leg day lovers looking for long holds and deeper expression of each pose.

  • If vinyasa and slow burn had a baby, it’d be blend. Great for people who take hours to choose what movie to stream or prefer Neapolitan ice cream. Cardio-forward flows meet hold-till-it-hurts poses for a nice balance of muscle-toning and flexibility-building.

  • Find your chill here. Relaxation, recovery + stress relief are the reward for this meditative practice featuring deep stretching and longer held postures with the aid of blocks, bolsters and blankets. Soothing music calms the mind, body and nervous system. Post-practice vibe like walking out after a massage, without the tipping or oily feet. Great for all levels; ideal for injury recovery, days off work, and a break from your power practice. >75% chance of falling asleep.

  • Guided vinyasa with instructor-provided “choose-your-own-adventure” modifications and variations for the more difficult or intense poses. Approachable, something-for-everyone flows are a great fit for a range of skill and comfort-levels, from beginners to tenured yogis.

  • Moderately-paced flow fundamentals in light heat with additional love and attention from the instructor make this a great first stop for new students, teen yogis, and anyone looking for yoga 411 before joining a more experienced partner or family member in a faster-paced class.

  • We believe workshops should be accessible and affordable for all. We offer them weekly on Sunday at 1pm for unlimited passholders or a single class pass. Topics change weekly, from inversions and arm balances, to incorporating blocks and straps into your practice, yoga for golfers, and guided meditation.

  • Join Shannon and Kevin in River Mountain, PA September 12-15 for our first annual Go with the Flow wellness retreat. Near-final itinerary available here.
