Flow Legacy Village

Flow’s hot studio, boutique and lounge located in Lyndhurst’s premier outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment district, Flow Legacy Village offers daily classes, yoga fashions, equipment and apparel, open studio hours for individual practice, and a social lounge for relaxing and connecting with other yogis before and after classes. Classes begin mid-November and are now available for sign-up on our scheduler and Mindbody app!

Self-Care, Seven Days a Week

We offer 30+ classes a week in a variety of styles, light heat slow flow-to-hot power, and open studio time for unstructured practice on your own schedule. All passes and memberships are good at all three Flow studios (pre-registering for classes is appreciated).

Your Home Practice, Leveled Up.

No more moving furniture or braving the cold, dank basement to fit in your independent practice. Our clean, warm, hardwood studio is fully-equipped with blocks, straps and bolsters. Studio hour entry is included for monthly unlimited and annual members, or use any class pack or drop-in pass for an hour of unstructured yoga. Pre-registration encouraged.
